problems with followliker unfollowing

These past two days I've been using the unfollow and likes feature together. The problem I'm having is two of my accounts are getting captchas and my other account is getting 24hour ban from follows/unfollows. Im running the default settings on unfollows and likes. Should i just do unfollows manually every hour ? anyone have suggestions?

Take a break from unfollowing a day or two and come back. Usually when I hit capchas on something I take a break on it and come back. From there everything is normal no more capchas or anything
