Problems with following really need some help.

So I can't follow anyone on instagram anymore. The green button turn immediately back to normal when I click it.

I had 2220 followings, unfollowed 100 to do an experiment if I still could follow 2220.
Result: I only could follow 2160...
This has been going on for 24 hours please help!

PS: I don't follow private pages

Mayb you have been banned for following, so dont worry ban last 24 hours, and your account should be good!

Normally when I get banned for following I receive message like 'you've temporary been banned for this feature'
 
Lately, i m also having same issue , after doing unfollowing for a day , i am getting for 24 hours ban, after that i can follow.
 
Already has been 24 hours I think. Hope it will just be fine or i'm really screwed
 
By the way, if I unfollow people now I can follow but again my max goes from 2160 to maybe 2100 so I don't want that to happen.. Thoughts?
 
Just wait 48hrs and you will be fine, this has happened to me before.
