problems with facebook devil

i downloaded Facebook devil and installed it
when i run the software it shows up error or something
first problem with something in registery
the second problem

and i need to know something
is facebook devil can make me make lot of facebook accounts without moblile activation

what Os are you running and have you got the correct framework installed?
