Problems with ebay partners

I have just crated a new account and then I created a link but I could not choose ebay.com, i can see only ebay.ca, ebay.be, ebay.au.....

And in the dashboard I can see general earnings and then earningfrom each regoinal ebay

Does that means I will not get money if somebody purchased on ebay.com, only if they purchase on lets say ebay.ca, ebay, be .....

this is fucked

Probably you can see the following lines within your "Programs" page:


Program_______Status
eBay US_______Under Review_________Please wait while we review your application.

That means your application for eBay US is under review and you have to wait until you'll get the approval.

Buddy, u have to wait, ur application is under review, it takes 48hours approx, to receive a responce form them.

I just registered a friend and that took 7 days lol

so what is in approval?
I am not located in Uk not in USA, will they not enable these two programs?

Basically they're getting tighter with who they accept into their program
