Problems with creating multiple ad groups

Typically, I would divide one account into a maximum of 3 campaigns, each with 5 ad groups and 5 ad sets, and the campaign themes should be similar. If you're advertising in a different niche, you'll need a separate account

Create 10 accounts and run ads from all of them simultaneously. After a week of continuous ad display, you will have 10 advertising accounts with high spending limits.

Is the optimization problem really due to Facebook or something else, bro? I'm really struggling with this as my new campaigns are having a lot of trouble optimizing.
If you have a good account, a good fan page, and a good domain, but your ad performance is still low, it means Facebook isn't distributing ads effectively.

Reduce the number of groups, gradually increase the budget, and set achievable goals (traffic/views). A weak account cannot afford to spend heavily immediately. Run a test for 3-5 days with a budget of $10-20/day before gradually increasing the budget.

Proposed course of action:
Duplicate the current campaign.
Combine the 10 groups into a single group.
Expand targeting to Broad Targeting.
Increase the budget back to the desired level (e.g., $50/day for the entire new campaign).
Run for 48 hours to allow the AI to relearn and review effectiveness.
