Problems with bing call ad extension

Hey guys I'm having problems with bing call ad extensions. I can't seem to get any calls, only clicks on every campaign I start.

I'm sure the ad extension is set up correctly.

I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can help me out with this problem.

Can you see your ad preview and also check if your phone number is correct?

when you say ad preview, you mean if I can see the ad when Im searching for it on bing?

I made sure the number is correct. Also When I check the call extensions tab for the campaign, it shows 195 impressions but 0 clicks to the number.

Does this mean that people can call but dont want to?

Have You already tried Adwords? I think it works a lot better with PayPerCall, more expensive but way more traffic
