Problems while selling Proxies

Hi there, I am a student from UK. I am doing my post-graduate in Theoretical Physics. I've been a tech savvy since my childhood. I want to buy a few 5G Mobile Phones and configure them as proxy servers. Later on, I can sell them on BlackHatWorld. However, I am worried about one thing: What if the customers - the ones who'll be connecting to the mobile devices - uses them for hacking, for dark web, for stealing credit card information and for carding. The UK Police would come after me because the SIMS would be against my name.

How to solve this issue? What can I do to make myself secure while selling the proxy servers.
Also, do you think I can make $400+ while selling around 3-4 proxy servers?
I live in a hostel and I share my room with another girl. So, I can't do more than 3-4 devices.

Short answer: You can't enforce that.

Slightly longer answer: You can ask your users politely to not do that. Proxy companies usually have quite lengthy ToS that explicitly forbid the black hat stuff. Then when the black hat stuff happens, they are covered. Also, they will likely provide the data about the proxy user, which could be problematic for him.

Yet another possibility: Choose your users and try to vet them. E.g. try to figure out their intention from their prior behavior here. Are they going around asking for shady stuff? Are they mostly interested in scraping, marketing or something else? You can likely get quite lot of information about people who are here for a longer period of time since they leave quite a footprint.

Alternatively you could try to use a intermediary like iproyal. You set up your rig, provide them with your service, they give you some money. They will likely take quite a large cut so it will likely be less profitable.

You can definitely make good money selling the 4/5g. 50-150$ each.

if you don't want them to use it for hacking then don't sell proxies it's like selling a knife in a market either they use it to slice or to stab

Hahahaha I like your example but no one's supposed to kill people with the knives I sell. They can use it for chopping vegetables and stuff. I just don't want them to use it for killing. Well, it's their choice but the problem is: If UK police finds the knife at a crime scene, they would come after me because that's my knife right? I hope I'm making sense here hahahahah

Sir, this makes a lot of sense and you've been extremely helpful. Thank you for being original and yourself. However, I don't have a website and I am intending to buy BHW subscription and just sell here. Can I have like a shop here? Like we have shops on shopify? Some sort of? I'll mention the TOS on here and if someone does that black stuff, I can provide the payment details and stuf right? I will make sure to ask users for their verification identify card so that I can have the relevant information just in case if anything goes wrong.

I think you can monitor the usage and you can maybe maintain a blacklist of certain sites and of course have a TOS that covers you.

But like others have said it you don't really have a 100% full proof way I think.

Thanks for the honorifics, although I doubt I'm a good sir material. Maybe sometime in the future ^^.

As for setting up a shop here, yes you can. As long as you either get your Jr. Vip status or buy a Marketplace seller one, you can(for a small fee) create a thread in the Marketplace section. There you can offer your goods/services after a moderator approval. When they verify your service to be of an acceptable quality, they will let you do your best. (Or worst, as you can read in the shitlist section of the forum.)

Alternatively you could try to offer your services in the JV section with a thread like "My 4g rotating proxies, your marketing skills" or something like that. Not too sure about the feasibility.

Note, that I'm neither Jr. VIP nor Seller myself as I'm rather new here and my field of work is only somewhat intersecting with the most common themes on this site. This means that while I can observe and provide information, I don't know too much details since I didn't try to walk the walk.

As a footnote I would like to thank you for an opportunity to get my 15th post here. Since I'm trying not to spam(except my business inquiries I'm afraid - and I've had just a few of those) I find it rather cumbersome to write meaningful posts. Programming is not too much of a popular topic here it seems.

Oh yeah, this seems like a good idea. I can block certain websites in the mobile devices and then sell. Thank you. This makes a lot of sense. Can I have TOS here in BHW? As I don't have a website where I could publish my ToS.
Do you think while I post my thread here after getting Junior VIP, can I post the ToS along with my services offering??
