Problems verifying bing/microsoft accounts?

Is anyone else having this issue? Using services like SMSPVA and others but looks like "limit exceeded" even for fresh numbers. Thinking it might be a glitch with hotmail but I'm not so sure

yes, smspva not working anymore for bing ads. You need to find another source to verify the accounts.
