Problems on adwords video campaign

I don't get it... I have been trying to set up adwords video campaing for like 3 hours now... No matter what settings I choose it still writes "Problem on video ad". It does get accepted though but I simply can't run it. Could anyone give a helping hand here ?

Do you have a screenshot of the problem? Sometimes there are temporary errors that will correct by waiting a day or two or by making a campaign from scratch.

A Screenshot of your problem will be better to explain. I have worked on adwords with video many times, and never experienced any problem.
