Problems in getting a jr. VIP

I've been trying to get a jr. VIP subscription since the last few days but I see that there are problems with that too. It says that my bank has declined the payment but that is not true. I've also been in touch with my bank regarding the issue but the bank says that there is no such issue with their system.

Can send a support ticket in, Ive actually been surprised at how fast their response time is!
