Problems Downloading Xrumer From The Official Site

So I reformatted my PC and I go to botmasterlabs log in download hRefer 4.1 works fine when I go to download Xrumer I get the "download is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous" error from Google chrome so I disable malware protection and try again now its stuck on 89MB then it says network error.

Is it just me or is something wrong with the official site I can't download 12.0.7
