Problems creating ClickBank Account

So I tried to create my first ClickBank Account today. After filling information, CB gave me this:

Thank you for your interest in ClickBank!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions.

Apparently, my country is restricted by CB (I'm from an Asian Country). So I go to my VPS, which located in the US, and register with my friend's Address from the US. And it works, I got my account instantly.

But the problem is, since I'm not in the US, I don't have a Tax ID. So I made up a fake Tax ID when registering the account. Is there any problem getting paid from ClickBank with this fake Tax ID? Should I use my friend's Tax ID instead?

And one more thing. Is it ok if I access my "US" ClickBank account from my country's IP?

I think it should be ok to access, many people travels all the time.

I have the same problem. As usual I get answer from my big brother (Google).

1. I have closed my internet connection and start it again. ( I use mobile internet ) (this change my ip)
2. Used different browser. ( I have used chrome before, so I used Firefox)
3. Removed catch and cookies.
4. open clickbank login page.
5. This time I enter my wife's Name instead of mine. Everything, including address is same.
6. viola. I'm in.
