LiveChat doesn't work on site at all, at least for me, I can't even click.
I don't like that they are not active on some social networks for better communication, or at least I can't find them, except for the Twitter account from 2013 without any tweets.

Yes, today there was a temporary problem on one of our servers that was solved ASAP.
If a time comes and you are experiencing issues like this one feel free to create support ticket and someone will get back to you usually within 5-10 minutes or sooner.
If for any reason you are unable to reach out to support ticketing system (for any reason) feel free to send email to [email protected] or reach out here via PM and rest assured that someone will get back to you ASAP with response and will check what is the problem that you might be experiencing.
Just a quick note, since I am not always online (and our support team is) it would be best to use channels to reach out to support directly via Servikus client area or eventually via support email.

Yes it is down right now. Everything should be up and running shortly.
There was emergency need for few servers (including some of ours) to be moved to different server rack by datacenter guys and everything should be up and running shortly.
Sorry for the inconvenience that this might have caused.

Hi, my site is hosted by Servikus and it has been down for over almost two hours now. Any update on when things will be up and running again?

We are expecting servers as well to be up and running ASAP. We are in contact with data center team and waiting for servers to power up ASAP.
We do apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused this is latest status as we literary heard from them few minutes ago.

We didn't had any issues and we are not having any issues whatsoever with our servers or with our website.
Please note that I am not always online so I'm not able to reply here immediately. Our support team is on the other hand available 24/7. I strongly suggest that for fastest replies you do reach out to [email protected] in case you are not able to get to Servikus Client Area for any reason.
