Problems adding video to vagex

Whenever I try to add a new video, I get a message sayingThe video must have a Title and start with http://

I've made sure the info is entered correctly but I keep getting this error. I've submitted a support ticket but thought someone here might know something about this.

It sounds to me like it is a simple issue, but I could be mistaken. I never have had an issue with Vagex. Would you mind (blurring out the specific information so you don't give away what niche you are using or the link to your video) showing a picture of the video adder screen with the information filled in? It could just be some small bit you are overlooking, or it could genuinely be an issue with vagex. It would be easier to help if I could see the information you are inputting.
