problem with yahoo answers - greater problem or tied to todays update?

quite a lot 
, i have 50 now, not there yet it says 10 more posts lol,
same old story tough wil get tougher weak will get weaker,
i m surprised they didnt do this before since every forum has this rule

I know that it has happened before since I had that issue myself.
The thing with the "temporary problem" I read on another thread on BHW, but looks like it's gonna be permanent this time...

This maybe a stupid idea since I have never used it before but I havent seen it brought up...
The problem is that if you put a long url it will cut out the middle. Could you not use a service like tinyurl so that all of it is there? Not as good a link but at least there is some way for them to reach your site.

As per my knowledge i believe url shortning websites like tinyurl are banned on yahoo answers. I talked with a few software devel. people and their working on a solution to our Y!A issues with level 2 accounts, im sure once its completed it'll be posted up on bhw. However for now, lets all get cracking at some answers gotta get that level 2 status lol

there was soooooooooooo much spam on yahoo answers. I really can't blame them for bringing it up to level 2, which sucks for us.
