I just started using a Godaddy VPS, everything was going well, I installed wordpress for two sites uploaded the themes etc... but the sites wont show images. I can see them in the media section but they can't be viewed on the main sites.

Any ideas of what I've done wrong?

Any help would be really appreciated.

I've always used shared hosting, but really need to get round this learning curve of VPS

Are you using VPS with cPanel Managed? If so, you could seek for help with them. It's better and faster.
I doubt there are much different with shared and fully managed cPanel VPS.

I can also have a look if you want. I usually never offer to do this but when it comes to wordpress I am the unlikeliest men in the world, I had the every possible problem with wordpress that you can think off lol.

Edit: Did you moved to other IP and did you prep/change the SQL for the new file path, etc?

If you need, I think I can take a look too. Check the console of the browser, post the errors here. Last time I had this issue I had to reinstall the GD library.
