Problem with Webhosting

Hello. I am building my first website. 2 websites actually. One for product review, one is normal blog site..
A week ago, I want to register with hostgator but something happen. They don't approve my payment immediately, they ask me to send license copy or credit card copy. idk why, maybe becoz I am from Malaysia. So I am not doing it, and they refunded my money.
So now still stuck with this step. So can anyone help me finding any good webhosting service, that is reliable and less hassle than hgator? All your opinions are appreciated.

Chose a different host. Consider maybe digitalocean or something like that.

Best to use seowebhosting and clockhosting for hosting service. Do the payment via paypal, so that you can avoid the verification process.
