Problem with User Hendrikkk

It is a good thing no question .... but if the losing party doesn't accept it it's no real help.

But it's not a question of the losing party not accepting it.

If @max009200 brings a claim against @hendrikkk and wins it, then he can enforce the judgment by appointing court bailiffs to recover the monies owed. Bailiffs have powers to seize assets and goods, even if you don't agree with the judgement in the case. Quite literally, they can turn up at your property and in some cases, force entry to remove goods that would be auctioned off to cover the cost of judgement and their fees.

Once bailiffs become involved, the costs can really sky rocket for the losing party as their recovery fees are added to any judgement. The other thing is that having a non-satisfied judgment against you is not a good thing as it will likely stop you getting credit (a credit card, mortgage etc.).
