Problem with Twitter accts from Fiverr

I Got a batch of twitter accts from a fiverr gig and instead of using them right away to blast out CPA ads I decided to try and build some to real accts. Well one of the accts I started building all of a sudden my login didn't work. The only thing I can think of is the email used by the creator (fiverr seller) to verify this acct must have been resold and the current user of the email has changed my password. Is this something that is possible? I already sent an email to the guy from the fiverr gig who also sells accts on this forum. I won't point him out now as I am waiting his response to my question.

I don't think so because the page is still active. And I havent really done much with it except for some follows and profile design
