Problem with srt files!!

Hello mates!!.. i have a problem with .srt files!!..

I dont know how to have subtitles in the movie.....I've just downloaded a movie and there's 2 files.The 1 is the subtile file in a .srt format and the other is the movie that has a .mp4 file.

Can someone teach me how to use these subtitle?

If you're using VLC then they should work together automatically provided that the they're in the same directory and the filenames are the same eg. mymovie.mp4 and mymovie.srt.

To turn the subtitles on or off, or change the subtitle language, you select Video > Subtitles Track.
