Problem with social network anchors

Ho everyone,

I have been analysing some of my backlinks on social network posts.

I noticed that ones that are a day or so old have changed the anchor url:

for example:

it was www. xxxxxxx.com

but now it has become:

the url of the socialnetwork.com/www.xxxx.com

so the link is now useless, is anyone else having these issues?
