problem with shoutcart?

I've a problem with shoutcart when ever i try to add my account it say "Oops, it seems that this account was already added" and when i check my account there's nothing i don't know what's wrong can anyone help me?
Is there any way to contact shoutcart

Have you tried contacting their support or making a ticket?

i had the same issue. i contacted the support and they fixed it.
