Problem with shoutcart

Hello everyone, I have some problem with shoutcart. My IG acc has 5k followers and my engagement is good i think (13-15%) and i get a lot of comments per pic also. When i try to add my account to shoutcart it says that it doesn't meet the requirements... Why is that ? I also followed like 6k people but again my engagement % is I believe really good.
