Problem with setting up wordpess theme

I have a problem with evid 1.9 theme. I did everything as described in the instruction here but the thumbnails and slider image is not showing. This is my site http://newmovies.site40.net/

Can anyone help me with this?

Sorry, it was o'key a few hours ago. I don't know why now is under review. This site is only for testing anyway. I will upload it on other hosting.

it seem you host doesn't support timthumb script [GD image library]

Change hosting, some hosts are like pulling teeth when it comes to requesting modules(GD Image Lib) to be enabled.
But you can always call support and ask...
