problem with scrapebox

a few days ago I bought just scrapeboxa. Since that time trying to learn how to use the forum to the rapid Indexer but I can not find a way.
Could someone write how to use rapid Indexer scrapebox program?

open scrapebox, click on the addons at the top, click show available. choose the rapid indexer and download it.
click on addons, rapid indexer and load your websites the same you load the websites in the comment poster. load the indexers and click start

Scrapebox also provide the indexers in a notepad look for the sources.rar file

from where i can get indexer services?
i dont know only this
i dont have any sources.rar

Theres a thread here somewhere 33000 backlinks or something like that. its a list of 33000 indexer services

if you search on the forum 'index list' there is a thread called.

[GUIDE] Get 33k backlinks using scrapebox (without commenting) [updated bigger list Feb 18

inside there download one of the lists (someone split the 33k into 8 with 6k each) and follow what i said above. You do not need to replace the [website] in the list you download.
