problem with resetting ig by facebook

Hi everyone
i wanna explain to you my problem focus plzzzz

i have 2 ig account one is linked with fb account
then i lost my first ig account after that i want to reset it by resetting password using fb but the problem is i open my facebook account and my second ig account was open so my fb account linked with my second ig

now when i want to reset the password with my fb it shows me my second ig account !!

how can i show the first one linked !! i don't know what to do !!
