Problem with .pw domain

I recently registered a .pw domain which is now considered a general top level domain. .pw is the country code top-level domain for Palau but recently it has been renamed to professional web and is now a general domain same as .info

My problem is that I can't change its geographic target in Google Webmaster tools. Google has set is geographic target to Palau automatically.

Is there any way to change the geographic target?
