Problem with Proxies

Did you try mobile proxies? Do you usually use dedicated or static?

If use static residential proxies, 1000 accounts will need 1000 ones, if $5/Month, you need to pay $5000/month.
if rotating proxies, and less traffic for each account, less than 33M*30=1G/Month for each an account, That you only need 1000G. Lots of proxy provider only offer $1000/1000G, so using rotating residential proxy will save you more.
