Problem with proxies in Windows 7

I have a problem with my proxies. I tried all: setting up in chrome configuration, in firefox configuration, with extensions... but proxies never work. The browser error always is

I use Windows 7

They are fresh proxies, bought today. BTW, I tried them in my VPS 8with Windows XP) and they work without any problem but I would like to use them in my home computer.

Any idea? I need some help please.
