The app is not visible on the play store, the console says that it is public and that there are no problems, there is no notification on the email ...
is there any other problem like this? is this some bug or update play store?

How long ago did it go live?

Usually it takes a few hours to be fully available

Same here. Many people are having this problem lately: apps disappear and come back again in a few hours.

The reason of the disappear on the search means your app is in a manual review, it happens sometime.

They do it sometimes, even in old apps. I guess it may be triggered by policy updates (globally) or if your app gets reported by users.
