It also happen to my two pp accounts. Just submits the requirements needed by paypal. You can hire someone to photoshop the documents. or Just do nothing and withdraw it after six months.

I learned my lesson with paypal and chargebacks early.

Since then I ship all items with a tracking number and a
signature too if its over $200. If you do that and send to
a confirmed address you are safe.

If it is something sent electronically or the person paying
doesn't have a confirmed address, I tell them to mark the
payment as personal and a gift (that eliminates the fees too)
