Problem with paypal please help me

i just open new paypal account and when i try to confirm my credit card and linked it to paypal i got this message "We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card."

can any one help me to get my paypal approve card and get verified

Add money to your cc account before u can use it or u contact the CC issued bank for online access

Make sure that your credit card shouldn't link with other Paypal. If you linked the same card in any other Paypal account, just remove this card from that and link again in new Paypal.
If you have more doubts, just call Paypal customer support. Sure they will assist you.

i already have it on old paypal account but i cant remember its information any more so what i have to do ?

You can ask a new password. Then you will be able to connect to your old paypal account and remove the linked card.

yes and i send paypal 2 emails and they dont respond in more than 2 days.

i cant remember the security questions for the 1st email so i cant log in to remove it

That is the problem!
You cannot add same credit card to different accounts!
PS: If they are not responding to emails; try calling them or make a ticket in paypal resolution centre!

The problem is your card already added with other Paypal account. So, you can't add it with any other until you remove it Or
Try with a different card that is no longer added in Paypal.
