Problem with new ad creation/changes

Hi All,

I am running adwords from so many years now, every year we face new issues but somehow we are able to rectify or find solution to new hurdles. G may ban you for sometime but you have to keep on updating as i did.
My accounts are getting approved without any issues, getting clicks and impressions and going smooth but as soon as i create new ad account goes in review. Just a little change is putting my account in trouble. What i know is few changes are allowed as i experienced in last few years but now its not allowing even a single change.

I need to know what can be done to resolve this issues(account should not go in review).
Little help will be appreciated.
