Same thing here :-/ According to their forum, it's a bug which is being fixed.

Something strange is going on. After upgrading to the newest version i had some of my accounts suspended, and other i get the message that the password is wrong. Even manually i can't get into my accounts, i get an error from twitter saying that something is technically wrong and they are working on it ...??

Seems that they are stepping up security ...

is tweetdemon working on not,,, i have the program, i was making 400 euro a day using twitter attack, but twitter attack is death, tweetdemon was working, but now the account creator module is not working,, fail! sombody wanne help me

Check your settings (I mean tasks/text files) and proxies. Also make sure to check that Twitter didn't reset password - it happened to my 2 accounts
