Problem with my PBN backlinks

How can i index these variant urls:

https://example.com/hoi-dap/hung-yen-cach-bac-ninh-bao-nhieu-km-a2905.html?seed=575106568
https://example.com/hoi-dap/hung-yen-cach-bac-ninh-bao-nhieu-km-a2905.html?seed=384618563
https://example.com/hoi-dap/hung-yen-cach-bac-ninh-bao-nhieu-km-a2905.html?seed=210769093

This is my PBN and i have about 800K urls like this pointing to my main site. The problem is i don't know how to get these urls to be recorded in semrush. Can anyone tell me how? I would appreciate your reply.

Do the urls have any difference in content with the query string variants? If not then they'll 99% of the time be treated as links to the same page. Do your pages have a canonical url set?

The content is unchanged, and neither is my competitor, but they are being recognized in semrush and i have no idea how to do that, any ideas?
