Problem with my OFM Agency performance in PL Geo

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a wall with my OFM agency and could use some advice. The agency itself is doing fairly well, we’re seeing good traffic in the chats, and on average we bring in about $40 per day, which comes out to roughly $1,000 per month.

The problem is that to achieve these results, my team and I have to spend basically the entire day chatting with fans. Our main audience is Polish, all our traffic is from Poland and our niche targets poorer, lonely, older men in their 50's. As a result, our PPVs usually sell for around $10 per piece. We work extremely hard to maximize earnings, but it’s just not delivering the efficiency or scale we want.

We’ve tried upselling and setting higher PPV prices, but that hasn’t worked. We end up dropping prices to $10, sometimes even $5, just to keep conversions moving. This means we’re constantly focused on scaling traffic volume and managing as many fans as possible just to hit a point where our return per hour worked is even somewhat acceptable.

There’s a bigger issue too. For English or LATAM based models, hiring chatters is fairly straightforward because you can find affordable, hardworking staff from Tier 3 countries. In our situation, based in Poland, the only way to deliver convincing, erotic chats in Polish is to hire native speakers. There’s no way around it. We can’t outsource to cheaper countries; only Polish citizens fit the bill, and they expect reasonable wages for their time. With our current revenue at about $1,000 per month, it’s simply not feasible, around half goes to the model, some to software, and whatever’s left isn’t enough to pay a chatter competitively.

If we wanted to offer good pay to our chatters, we’d need to be making at least $5,000 a month just to cover their wages. We’ve considered performance based pay, but the Polish OF chat operator market is extremely small. There’s barely anyone looking for chatter jobs, so we’re at a loss for how to scale when the only option is to keep sitting in the chats every day for $40/d.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. If you have any ideas or see something we might be missing, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Should we consider shifting direction and trying to work with English speaking models and traffic instead?

Looking forward to your suggestions. Cheers!

You are targeting a small country and expecting a higher pay. Unless you manage to target the whales with exotic stuff, you wont be able to make any money. It wont be easy to scale to that numbers with geo like PL.

No matter what people say, English speaking countries will fetch the real revenue. You need to change your targeting. Offer models from around the world to English speakers and see the money rolling.

You might wanna give an LLM approach a try. Perhaps it's going to be somewhat tricky due to your language restrictions, but there are plenty of ways around that. I'd suggest starting with a cheap, general-purpose model. Hooking it up behind an API and some automation—based on your criteria like reply time, etc.—could be a good direction. You might also wanna look at collecting your chat data (if you can?) to use that as a starting point for few-shot prompting to get appropriate results. You could pretty much scale this as much as you want—it’ll just keep getting better (more accurate results) the more data you collect.

Definitely sounds like you're maxing out PL potential  Might be time to test EN/US traffic or LATAM. Better scale, more affordable chat ops, and higher PPV tolerance

Maybe it's the way you chat. I can recommend Rac00n's guide. You can find it in the marketplace. I bought it last week and have already earned 250€ with my AI model after a restart in the german market.

You need to shift your entire model to target English or Spanish-speaking traffic where you can hire affordable chatters from LATAM/SEA; a single Polish niche at $1k/month is unscalable, so focus on building systems for international traffic where labor arbitrage and higher average PPVs ($30-$50) make agency economics work.
