Problem with my hosting service

Good day

I have a plan with an offshore hosting company. They use the VestaCP connected to Cloudflare. For some time a screen has started to appear indicating ERROR 524 and now ERROR 522. I have reported this to the technical service and they say that it is something from my website, that I must optimize the code. However, I had already been in other hosting companies and that had never happened. What's more, I have 2 websites in development and they have another script and the same error has also started to appear.
Will there be an offshore hosting company that you recommend to me?

If you want to get it fixed with your current host the best thing is to reach out to them and cloudflare. It could be just a simple config issue or your host could be really down on the shared, vps or whatever hosting plan you are on.

The best thing to look for is what type of support that a host has. Sometimes the cheapest host is not always the best host. You end up loosing more money than you are saving vs just paying for a better know web host.

Simple way to get your site back online is just switch back to your regular name servers instead of using cloudflare at least this way your site is back online until you figure out what is going on.

There are many reasons why error 524 appears, like service overload or web server reaching its connection limit etc.., i assume you are using VPS service since you have mentioned VestaCP, i can suggest you to monitor the resource usage (via SSH) with a simple command like htop or dstat and consult with your current hosting support/technical department.
