Problem with mass payment feature of PayPal

Hi BHWers,
I am going to open a service that really need mass payment function.
I need to payout to many users through paypalI am from asia countries which paypal does not provide this feature.
My account is business account already .
Any suggestion for this ?

Maybe sign a contract with your local bank?

If I were you, I'd contact PayPal's support directly as well, you never know.

I did contact them already , but there is no solution from them

I guess you could make a US paypal account, transfer the payment money to it, and use the mass payment function to pay.

Just a suggestion.

Yes , but i still can not find a service which supply enough documents to open a paypal . I mean all necessary documents to deal with limit situation .
