hi guys i need your help, or input on how i should handle this one i recently sold a samsung galaxy smart watch and listed it as buy it now.. the buyer purchased and received the money within minutes , around (4pm) June 22 so i quickly went out to ship it out via fedex (2 day) listed as free shipping... 3-4 hours later the buyer message if he can pick it up locally.. around (7-8 pm) June 22 i told him it was already to late as it was already been shipped and no longer in my hands.. no reply the next morning around 4-5am june 23 the buyer messaged me again and now he wants to cancel it.. the reason was a. response to his earlier question ws really short and abrupt. b he ordered one from amazon already my reply was a. even if he could pick it up locally its already to late because i already dropped it off, ( and even if i had the item i would still ship it. as it was sold as shipped) not locally. b. told him as seller he should of thought the purchased carefully and not waste both our time. (more experienced seller than me) buyer was upset and threatening me to give me a negative feedback because i guess because he couldn't cancel. i told him to wait for item to arrive and and do a return... the buyer received the item within 2 days and wants to return as hes claiming that the item no longer charge anymore... and im responsible for shipping in return.. (i dont believe that because his intention was to do a return and doing this to avoid shipping charges..) didn't reply yet but i will not honor the return shipping for return as ive already shipped it for free... and i will only lose money doing that what should i do???
