Problem with instagram pictures

Hi guys!
Today when I uploaded picture on my page it just disappear from my instagram. Firstly I thought maybe that picture had some copyright so instagram maybe deleted but I didn't get any notifications for that. I try again to upload picture but nothing it just disappear from my profile. I can post on my other profiles but on this I can't. I post videos without any problems. Did you guys ever had this problem and do you know how I can solve it? I post funny content mostly for girl and my page is on my native language.

This happens for few reasons:

IG has a problem
Your account is limited : in this case you could stop any activity and simply try within few days, sometimes it works

You can check other posts as this is asked multiple times a week, but most likely you're not changing the hash of the image before uploading which is something you should definitely be doing. There are other factors involved but I'd start there.

I never use hashtags. My page have 95k and I post 2 pictures daily and 2 videos daily. Everything was fine until today.

if hash isn't changegd try it with your instagram software or use http://imristo.com/hash-manager-change-the-hash-of-any-file/ freeware
or it's maybe a proxy problem with flagged proxies
edit: in this case i would try first post from a mobile

Hash of the picture is the file signature, not the image hashtag.
Edit: Is about picture unicity. By changing only a pixel from a picture, the hash of this will be different.
