Problem with Google Ads account Got Banned.

That said you said you're selling clothes and shoes but are they replicas? Because if you're into replica you'll need cloaking if you're not already cloaking your ads.

What type of campaign was that?

I’d suggest appealing directly to Google, explaining everything clearly, and asking for a detailed reason. If they won’t reinstate, you could try working with an agency or freelancer who specializes in getting accounts back or runs ads under a different account
