Problem with Followers and Stories

Hi and pleasure, I have a problem with my instagram account. I created it in 2012 but I started working on it "seriously" in early 2018.
I raised the content level, followed / unfollowed (I used Stim social at the lowest level). In doing so, I went from 1000 Followers to 4000, with a good feedback on the published photos. But in late 2018 and early 2019, I disabled everything due to some temporary blockages. From then on, the darkness, halved interactions, very few followers but above all the stories always, regardless of the content, with almost zero views (200 views on average). Could my profile have obscured me given my F / U activities? What do you recommend me to do? I Never deactivated the profile and never changed my name, do you recommend it to me? Thanks

Try to take the account back on track, post consistently, get a shoutout perhaps.

SFS tried practically zero followback, instead advertising many interactions but zero followers. Mine is a travel account, in 2019 for example I made a trip to Iceland publishing good content and I only lost followers, even if I have high coverage on the photos and many interact or visit the profile I almost never get followers. The strange thing is the story views, it seems like there was a block, regardless of the content they are always between 200 and 250

And that's the only content you have posted ever since? Perhaps your account is flagged by IG or people are simply forgetting about it if you just post once every few months.

ninth, clearly public with continuity, from 1 to 3 maximum photos per week, always related to travel and landscapes

Yet very low. Try to post once per day for the next weeks, run some giveaway or cross promotion with other pages in your niche and see if things get better.

Ok thanks for the advice, is that still having an audience still relatively low (4k) and very close and niche, I would not go to the boxes publishing every day, and therefore lose even more followers or be silenced. Another thing, I use the hypergraming service 250 of goso.io, could that be causing problems?

Should have started with that mate, they are known for fake likes who have destroyed many people's account.

So do you recommend turning it off? Because when it is active and when it is not, I notice a substantial difference in coverage, I do not use the power I like but this one which in theory does not put how but generates activities: https://goso.io/instagram-hyper-priming/

I discovered that a few months ago I used in the caption of 4 photo 2 # banned (#Ice #anticiclone) can this be the one that influenced? Now I have deleted them and it gives me that in theory my profile is cleaned from # banned, do I still have to try to disable my profile for a few days and change its name?

Don't need to disable or change its name, just cool it down. Stop posting for few days, let it rest and come back to normal, avoiding banned tags of course.
