Problem with fiverr disable

hello!
Im having a problem with fiverr, and i want to ask your opinion.

All my sells was delivered and completed, and today i had 3 more orders. I answer all the messages of them, and start working.
Then sudennly. BUM, I cant enter to my acount and didnt recive any mail or nothing, so i try to change password.
I go to my mail and follow the link, and its show : your acount is disabled
Whats the problem?? I didnt do anything wrong

I just send a email to the support and a ticket in the sopporty web.

What do you think ??

You're asking the wrong people; we don't work at Fiverr and we don't know why they disabled your account, just wait for Fiverr to respond.

What kind of gigs did you sell?

I had 3 restriction when i worked at Fiverr.
There won't be any problem trust me, it is just their system

My gigs are in marketing online!
They just send my an email that say :warning! you are late in delivering order, so the acount my be alive for now

What did the screen shown when you login?

Call fiverr and they will give you the right answers.

hard to tell judging by the not very detailed info we've gotten
obviously you shouldn't disclose here what you were selling exactly, but maybe it's against their rules and they caught up on it
i can't really think of anything else, because you said you delivered everything and answered the messages too

you can't really do anything else then waiting for them to answer
or maybe try to "harass" them on their forum, social media accs

i cant login, its frezze in the login and cant enter in the account

But when i try to renew the password its show: fiverr acount no longer active

Did you client gave some link for check, And are you clicked directly on that link, if yes, than you are busted on fiverr, for more, please check fiverr forum.

That's what i thought, you were selling a service which is against their TOS. They'll release your money after the grace period is over.

You only need to pay attention to one tiny line from their TOS:

"By offering a service, the seller undertakes that he has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on Fiverr."

What does it mean to you? Unless you have permission from Twitter to sell followers - which i highly doubt - you aren't allowed to do it as per Twitter's TOS, so it's not allowed by Fiverr's TOS either.

There aren't exact pointers which would tell you, you can't do this, you can't do that, just general rules which you need to apply for yourself.
Most, if not all of these kind of social media services (selling accounts/followers/likes) aren't allowed by the social networks, so they aren't allowed by Fiverr either.

This can be answered with two parts of their TOS:
"Fiverr does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyright, trademarks or other rights. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled."
"Sellers advertising their Gig online must comply with laws and terms of service of the advertising platform or relevant website used to advertise. Failing to do so may result in removal of the Gig and may lead to the suspension of seller's account."

What does it mean to you? The first part is regarding to user generated content, but you can apply it for what you asked too, because if you slip through their automatic gig approval filters, they don't review you manually and if nobody reports you, you may get away with/get paid for gigs which is against their TOS (that's why you see people offering the same stuff you got banned for, only they aren't banned /yet/). But if somebody reports you, it will trigger a manual review -> Fiverr may remove your gig and/or disable your account/withhold your earnings for 45 days.

It's just f'cking hypocrit from Fiverr! There are a lot of sellers on Fiverr who sell facebook/twitter/... likes and other, and they make a LOT of money. I'm sure that their account aren't disabled!

They kill the small fishs which don't earn a lot of money, and they let the big fishs since they earn a lot of money!

It's quite discriminating!
