use premium vpn service it worked out for me as follow:
1- buy some good VPN service "e.x HMA or whatever famous provider"
i prefer HMA because they've +100 VPN servers from different locations, you've to use 1 VPN server per 1 account
for example HMA server lists [ los angles, dallas, mosscow, madrid..etc ] the formula would be
los angles for the 1st account, madrid server for the 2nd account and so on you got me?
2- make sure to delete all cookies manually from browser and using ccleaner
3- don't ever use scraped images on one or on multiple accounts for this you can pick photos for real peoples using vk*com
search for some random girls or men's download about 10 pics of them make sure they are the same photos and make sure you pick photos that looks real not photography or models images.
then edit them all with Photoshop or any editing app as follow:
- change image size
- change color tones
- flip horizontally
- remove metadata using any online website.
after done that use one of the img you edited on google image search engine and see if it recognize any related photos or not if not then so far so good.
4- create account using real email address and using real names don't use fake names just make it real as possible.
fill all information on the new fb account like hometown, work place, quotes, sport team blah blah..etc. make sure to add every single info to it.
then from photo you downloaded and edited make one of them as profile pic and other one cover photo and add 3 of them as featured images then on every img click on the face and add tag to your self profile "to tell fb face recognition this is you"
then straight away you don't have to wait a fucking minute , start warming it up by like some famous people pages e.x lil wayne and drake..etc and make some comments on their posts and share some stuff to your wall whatever just do some activities that normal users does.
after some hours join 2 groups post to them normal post like posting image and say hi and engage with people on your post
if you got some random friend request confirm from 5 to 10 and stop let them message you if they did replay to them
any way after losing +100 accounts the lesson is understood facebook want you to be normal user who just use fb for fun they really made killer spam detection system
#tip-1
- if you picked good images for the same person pick 2 selfies of him/her use one of them as profile pic, other one don't upload it to FB, rename it to RECOVERY and save it you gonna need it in case you get fucked by "upload a photo of your self" you'll upload it and 99% they will accept it and bypass this creepy capatcha.

don't use the same name for multiple account and don't use the same info inside the account for more than one account, also don't use the same PASSWORD for multiple account.
make your work in ordered way let say
[ make folder name it "FB Accounts" ]
[ inside it make more folders - Account 1 - Account 2 ..etc ]
[ inside each account folder make a text file put inside it the info of the account like email, password, name on profile..etc]
[ make sub folders inside each account folders name it "Images" this folder should contains images of each account]
this way i make it easier for me to don't get confused
### using this steps iv'e created +50 accounts on just 3 days and they're all ruining and now they're very engaged
