Hello,I am trying to create a datasets. I am in the business settings, on the "data sources" tab, I click "datasets". Unfortunately, the datasets does not want to be created, it is a circle in a blue rectangle that is spinning. Does anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it? No message or error appears.

The problem you encounter while creating a Data Set in your Meta business settings could be due to a number of reasons related to your browser, account, or Meta's system. Make sure your business or personal account does not have any restrictions related to Meta's policies. Check in the Account Quality tab.

It sounds like there might be a loading issue or glitch with the platform. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If the problem persists, check for any system updates or contact the platform's support team for help.

If you're unable to create datasets in Facebook Business Manager and it gets stuck loading, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using Incognito mode. Switching to a different browser or disabling extensions like ad blockers can also help. Ensure your internet connection is stable and your browser is updated. If the issue persists, try accessing the feature from another admin account or check Meta’s service status for any ongoing issues. Finally, if none of these work, reach out to Facebook Business Support for further assistance.

Hey! I had the same issue a while ago, and it's super frustrating. Here's what I think you should do

Clear Your Cache – Sometimes, old data can cause problems. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies might fix it. If you don’t want to clear everything, just try opening the page in an incognito tab and see if it works.

Try a Different Browser – If you’re using Chrome, try Firefox or Safari. It can be browser-specific sometimes, and switching might do the trick.

Good luck with that! DM me if you need more help!

Try turning it off and then creating it again.
Or you can find the Business Manager section in the left toolbar, then try opening that window, then try creating the Pixel again.

I think that's the problem here. How can such restrictions be lifted?

try opening your browser in incognito mode, see if it is browser related, how many pixels has your account created?

you can try it again after logout and log back in , or maybe share your BM admin rights with someone else so they can recreate that dataset , the problem might come from your facebook or BM account has been restricted

This issue appears to be a platform issue. Please try using another browser. and Check your account status to see if your account has any restrictions

Review the working permissions on BM. Management permissions can be created.

Try switching to the old interface by going to "Business settings" then "Data set"

Thank you very much for all reply !

This morning, I got a message that their machine was wrong and it wasn't true that I was using automation. However, there is still a problem with creating a datasets, because after entering the name, the circle keeps spinning and nothing appears. I received a PM from FB and a notification that everything is fine with my company profile, so I don't understand what the problem is that I can't create this dataset. I replied to Facebook via PM and found an email to the finance department to forward it to the appropriate department. Can anyone give me some contact information to solve this problem or have another idea on how to run this dataset?

You can switch to the old business manager and then try again.

don't worry go back to old browser because when it is spinning then it means pixel is not established

The issue is related to your king or authority within the business.

Do you have any updates? Have you created a pixel yet? I think there was probably something wrong with FB at that time. After a while, reloading the page will probably fix it.
