Problem with FB ADs, FB need pixel which has already been added

Fb is scanning strictly since yesterday. Please be careful when conducting your campaigns bro

One person told me that the problem may be with the screenshot. Only 3 elements appear here and there should be a few more such as Addtocart, puchase.

Hello,

I have a problem with creating an advertising campaign on Facebook. A few days ago I launched my first campaign. I wanted to add a new one but I have the following problem. Screenshot below. There is a problem connecting to the pixel. The pixel has already been generated and it is added to the website. Does anyone had such a problem and knows what to do about it?

Check your ad account and make sure to add your pixel by click add assets then datasets

You need to provide BM for pixel, maybe your BM is banned or restricted. You should check if your pixel is connected to account.

The pixel must be connected to an ad account for it to work. Please check to see if the pixel is connected to the account.

If you're using a tag manager, verify that the Meta Pixel code is added correctly within the manager, misconfigurations can interfere with Pixel functionality

Hello again,

That's what I did, as in your photo I gave permissions in assign people and in connect assets, but it still don't working.
The first campaign is still running. I have not received any warning on my Facebook account or by email regarding my account or business manager
Have you fixed it? Which role you give to that acc?

Try checking to see if the pixel has been created and installed on the web but assigned to a specific ad account.

Make sure the pixel has been shared to your account. Make sure Pixel events are set up properly to track those actions.

Yeah, this can happen sometimes even if the pixel looks fine on your site. A few things you might want to double-check:

  1. Use Pixel Helper (Chrome extension) to make sure the pixel is actually firing properly on your site. It should say "PageView" or any custom event you’ve set.
  2. Check if your pixel is associated with the correct BM (Business Manager) and ad account — sometimes it gets linked to a different one by mistake.
  3. Make sure your domain is verified inside BM. Facebook is strict about domain verification lately.
  4. Try refreshing the Events Manager and give it a few minutes. Sometimes there's just a sync delay.

Worst case, remove and re-add the pixel, or try creating a new one if it's still bugged. Hope that helps!

Your pixel may be faulty, please double check and make sure it is set up correctly and shared with your ad account.
