Problem with extreme wiki poster

Hey, i am using a program called Extreme Wiki Poster, and there is an error message that keep poping up that says, "an error pccured while trying to append update file, please check if software have administrative rights, or old file are not opened by other software", can someone tell me how to fix this problem.
