Problem with customer service and cases on ebay

    so , I'm doing dropshipping for 1 year and this is making me so many problems because of the buyers.
    sometimes this is doesn't depends on me , I can not know when they get the item . how can I avoid negative feedbacks?

    Ask your dropshipper to provide tracking numbers?

    Sounds like you're not getting problems because of the buyers, you're getting problems because of your drop shipper. Is he sending you a tracking # so you can send to your customer right away? Pretty much no way to avoid negs if your drop shipper isn't uploading tracking numbers and shipping on time.

    the dropshipper is provding tracking number with more money and after I will not have a profit, I need a really good other sources , if you could help me with it it will be so good for me thanks for reply.

    no one is going to tell you their sources because that's going to put money out of their pockets. Do your own homework. In general though, it's a LOT less headache and more profitable if you buy in bulk and ship it yourself.

    depending on what you're selling, you can try charging the buyers for tracking, there are plenty of examples for this on ebay, obviously it won't worth it for the buyers, if the goods are low priced
    i think you don't really have too much option here, you either change profile and sell items with higher value, so you can make profit even if the items are sent with tracking or try to find a dropshipper who's more reliable sending out the goods in time and/or charge less for tracking
