Problem with creating Thread

Hello,

since ~ 2 weeks i can't open a new thread.

If i send the thread i always get:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /blackhat-seo/newthread.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I have tested with proxies, cleared cookies, different browsers....

PM to 3 mods = no reaction
Add 2 mods to ICQ = no reaction
Forum Contact us function = The email address you have contacted is not actively monitored.

If i try to create a new thread in the members download area i get:
