    hi guys
I am having this problem, when i try to comment in blogs, i press submit, and then it goes to a "post.php" page, but the page is completely blank. and when i check the blog, my comment has not been posted. any ideas?
is it possible that my ip has been flagged as a spammer?

Exactly. If it leads to a blank page then your url has been marked as spam and blacklisted by askimet.

Your site may now be in askimet's spam filters. You can test that by not putting in your URL and post a comment. If you are in askimet's filter they won't allow you to post with your URL at all. If it's just a keyword filter then you will know because you can post your URL without keywords.

Once you're in askimet's filter you have to find the askimet page where you can test your URL and if it's blocked you can request it be taken off their list.

I've had a couple of sites get blocked and it took some time but I got them out of the filters.

So once you are on the list then basically all blogs will automatically block you from posting a URL?

I don't remember. Best thing to do is contact akismet and tell them your problem.

    Code:
    http://akismet.com/contact/

Its an askimet spam filter. Use different keywords and change your IP every now and then. If not it will be fine just wait a day or two.

Also not all WP blogs have this enabled or you can comment on another blog platform for a little bit.

If you get that message, it means one of two things. One is that the comment is moderated and will appear only after approval.

The other is that you have triggered the spam filter. Some websites will openly tell you that your comment is spam but others will just go to a blank page. Are you using proxies. If you are using a public proxy or a proxy that has been really abused, you will get a lot of these messages.

Also, sometimes your whole URL itself might be blocked. My advice would be that you don't send any automated comments to your website. Instead, send them web 2.0 properties that in turn link to your money site. You don't have to be worried about spamming your web 2.0 properties because they actually respond pretty nicely even if you spam. Completely different story for your own domain. You run a good chance of being thrown way back in the SERP's or even worse - Sandbox.
